Why Can't I Launch Calls or Campaigns?

Overview

Launch permissions fail when account prerequisites are missing. Active plan status governs persistence actions, and wallet credits govern billable execution.

How it works

  • Subscription checks validate whether your workspace can perform protected actions like publishing and launch setup persistence.
  • Credit checks validate runtime spend capacity, so calls and SMS cannot start when wallet balance is depleted.

Important fields

  • subscription_required: Returned when persist actions need an active plan.
  • insufficient_credits: Returned when wallet balance is zero for billable actions.

Tips

  • Good to know: browsing and non-billable exploration can still work while billable launch actions remain blocked.
